Machinery as art

Near the old steelworks is a pleasant path through green fields dotted with old iron and steel products and works of art.

  2. Judging from your last couple of posts the area you live in once must have been very industrial with all that heritage.

  7. Thanks for the comments-

Dominik Kulik: Perhaps, it is not art, but it is mixed in with other objects on the trail that are trying to be art.

Buenos Aires Photoblog: Saarland is the epitome of an industrial region. It has ironworks going back to 1873 and has been bombed and fought over for centuries for the riches and weapons it provides. In many ways it is like Joo's Silesia, except, of course, that Silesia is lost to Germany forever, and Saarland looks like it is here to stay.

    webruci: Mulţumesc.

    Gallow: Thanks.

    joo: Glad you like it.

Sonia: Gracias. Espero pillar unas cosas industriales más.
