Buenos Aires Photoblog: Travertine? I think it is plain old concrete. In any event, I discovered it was designed in the 60's by the local architect Hanns Schönecker.

Thanks for the additional information. So, it's just plain old concrete? And the tiles? On a second glimpse it could also be granite or something.
