    It is a game with a big pile of sticks. You have to pull a stick out without the pile collapsing. It seems to known by a different name in every country. Some aliases according to Wikipedia: Mikado, Biriulky, Jackstraws, Spellicans, Jonchets, Shanghai, Jenga, Haida, Selahtikan, Kau Cim sticks, Zitterwackel, Plockepinn, Dukim, Palitos Chinos, Pega Varetas, Bierki.

  4. Wie kann ein vor 2000 Jahren von den Germanen gespieltes Spiel ein Vorläufer eines aus Japan stammenden Spiels sein ... ;-)

    Strange that this type of game seems to be found in so many cultures.
