Old houses, cobbled street

A street in the oldest part of town, leading into the Rue de la Vallée d'Or, the valley of gold where the old merchants used to live.

  7. There's something wonderful that says "Old World" about cobbled dtreets. They are so rare here in Canada.

    Andreea: Mulţumesc.

arabesque: If you sketch it, I would leave out the ugly plastic boxes at the bottom of every house.

Stine in Ontario: Many of the cobbled streets are newly laid here, as the towns have pedestrianised the city centres. But this one looks like it might have been there for some time.
