Mrs Duck stages protest

After having caught Mr Duck on a shopping spree, I now find Mrs Duck and the kids staging a sit-down demo on a major footpath by the river. I think they are campaigning for more duck-friendly urban planning.

    schön einen Blog aus dem Saarland zu sehen, da vermisse ich die Heimat gleich nur noch halb so viel!
    Die Enten an der Saar haben das Dreckwasser wohl bis heute überlebt ;)

    I liked this post! It made me laugh! We have ducks in our neighbourhood and it's very funny watching cars stop for them when they shepherd their brood across the road.

    Hm, don't you think this is an Egyptian Goose? They are quite common in parks in Germany.

    Very cute! I'm glad that Mr. Duck is out shopping for a change. Mrs. Duck in the U.S. always gets blamed for spending all the money...

    Lady Demeter: eine Saaländerin hat das Saarland verlassen! Das gibt's nicht! Laut den Fotos in deinem Blog scheint aber Passau auch schön zu sein.

    That is the chicken: you seem to be careful and polite drivers in Calgary. The ducks know better than to try that here.

    Ángel Corrochano: estoy en un pueblo pequeño. Supongo que hay menos patos por las calles de Madrid.

    Martina: I think Julie has it. It is a duck cleverly disguised as a goose.

    Denise Jelonek: I am not sure about Mrs Duck but Mr Duck seems to be a very frugal shopper. He was not carrying many bags.
