Looks a little bit like the Fastnachtsbrunnen in Mainz - wondering ... but I found no info if Blasius Spreng did this one, too. Strangely with my - very short - search I didn't found any info about who made this fountain ...
Martina: I actually remembered to take a shot of the plaque next to the fountain. So I can tell you that this is the Handwerkerbrunnen designed by Klaus Apel.
