That's a kind of bold sculpture (or bold artist) ... usually these kind of statues are a little bit more conventional, aren't they?On another thought: it reminds me of Lord of the Rings somehow - the movies, not the books.

I suppose it does look a bit Gandalf-like, arabesque: As I pointed out to Martina, this is the back of the statue. When you see the front with the face, it is slightly more conventional.
