harvester

Making hay ...

... while the sun shines. It was a Sunday, but almost every corn field seemed to have a harvester beavering away.

  4. LOL - guess what I did tonight? Taking "making hay" photos of course :-).
And I will simply ignore joo's comment (no offense please, joo - I would really like to believe that summer has not ended yet :-))!

  5. los trabajos en el campo, con este calor deben ser sofocantes, pero alguien tiene que hacerlos...muy buen momento y muy buena noche.

  6. It's the work of a farmer, I guess. Doesn't matter what day of the week it is it has to be done. Very nice capture.

  7. Thanks for the comments.

Joan Elizabeth: Well, this action presented itself to me. The harvester drove out onto the lane I was on to do a U-turn.

    José Ramón: Gracias.

    Iwa: Dziękuję.

joo: But not approaching to quickly, I hope.

Martina: Great minds think alike, as they say. As regards Joo's comment, I would say summer is over when the last wine festival has ended.

Catarina: A lo mejor ya ponen aire acondicionado en los tractores.

Sandra: I think mostly the farmers avoid working on Sundays, but August, when the weather is at its hottest and everyone else is taking holidays, is when they have the most work to do.
