The Parliament of Saarland

Saarland is a tiny state (ca 1,000,000 inhabitants) and Saarbrücken is its tiny capital (ca 180,000 inhabitants).

  1. It is tiny isn't it. Mind you a tiny population doesn't necessarily mean tiny size ... I just did some checking. Western Australia has a population of 2 million and an area of more the 1 million square miles vs the whole of Germany at 137,000 square miles.

  2. I was thinking the same thing. What is population vs size?

  3. Goodness, I think we have more than that in our single barangay alone.
