Ibex through the wire

  1. Yeah, that's probably about as close as you needed to get.

  2. Reminds me of the Western Plains Zoo in Dubbo, some of the animals stay a long way from the fence so it's a bit hard to get a good view of them.

  3. An atmosphere in the cage comes.

    Thank you.

  4. I think this might be the first time I've seen an ibex!

  5. Looks like the fence is okay .... he/she might be after you otherwise - the way he/she is looking at you ;-)

  6. Thanks for the comments.

Don and Krise: I guess I will have to take some juicy grass with me next time, if I want a closer shot of Mr Ibex.

    Em-illi: Děkuji.

Joan Elizabeth: I could have cropped this a bit closer so you see a bit more of Mr Ibex in 400x300 format, but I quite liked the framing of the wire and the view of the scenery where Mr Ibex lived.

joo: It is a Wildpark, a zoo of animals native to the region -- wild goats, wild boar, deer etc. We have another zoo in Saarbrücken for all the exotic animals.

Ángel Corrochano: Depende quizás si te sientes dentro o fuera de la jaula.

ruma2008: Yes, the viewer could also seem to be in cage.

Your EG Tour Guide: I guess I should have tried for a larger shot for you, then.

Martina: I am glad you recognise the danger I put myself in to bring you photos of Saarbrücken.

  7. Beautifully done. I like how you posed the figure in the 'diamond.'
