Awesome shot! That's a cool amphibious vehicle.
ReplyDeleteGoodness me, that looked like dangerous behaviour until I read your explanation.
ReplyDeleteLooks a bit strange, but must be an interesting experience:)
ReplyDeleteHa, and now I have a reason to post the photo I am going to post tonight, ;-)
ReplyDeleteIt's an Amphicar, isn't it?
Buenos Aires Photoblog: Now, if it could only fly, as well!
ReplyDeleteJoan Elizabeth: You think this could be the answer to the city's flooding problems?
joo: You do not see many of these on the streets in Silesia?
Martina: It is, indeed, an Amphicar. That is very knowledgeable of you! Based on a Triumph, only 3,878 produced, last one in 1968.
Shades of "Chitty-Chitty Bang-Bang"? They're a very adventurous lot - hope they had their swimming costumes on.
ReplyDeleteGoodness me, thats so risky... how can they drive like that?
ReplyDeletestrange but excellent...:)
ReplyDeleteI've seen a few of these beasts around but the usual conclusion is that whilst fun they are really not all that viable either as cars or boats in the long term.
ReplyDeletehahahaha wonderfull!!!!! this car would have done much better than the rest , for that strong storm!!!!
ReplyDeleteDreamy car for people who live in islands!!!
